Todd Schorr this Saturday at Merry Karnowsky...

Todd Schorr
'The World We Live In'

Opening Reception: Sat, March 28th 8-11PM

170 South La Brea Ave. in Los Angeles / 323.933.4408

Schorr’s astonishing, highly polished realism, (inspired by Bosch, Brueghel and Dali), sets him apart from his best-known peers such as Camille Rose Garcia, Gary Baseman, and Mark Ryden. This is his first solo show in many years, and we couldn't be more amped to see the new works in person this Saturday.

Check out a great interview that Arrested Motion did with Schorr here.

The good folks over at Arrested Motion and Modus Films also just posted a great lil' teaser video. Check it out below.

If that wasn't enough, mark your calendars now... we first posted this months ago, but here's a reminder to make plans now to head north to San Jose for Schorr's big 25-year retrospective exhibit that will open on June 27th at the San Jose Museum Of Art. His new book, American Surreal, will be released in conjunction with his retrospective in San Jose. More on both as we get closer...

Whatever you do, do not miss this show!!!
