Kill Pixie at Merry Karnowsky next weekend...

Australian artist Kill Pixie will open his 'I’ll Hit You Up Tomorrow' solo at Merry Karnowsky next weekend on Saturday, May 30th. Originally known for his street art, Kill Pixie now resides in Los Angeles and his gallery work has recently taken a big turn in content. Gone are his sneaker cloaked figures. His new body of work offers up dayglo infused explorations of the dichotomy between compulsion and freedom in a world gone wrong. Hosted by Tim Roth, the opening will feature a new collection of paintings as a well a collaborative installation with the band Autolux.
